Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data - first name, last name, date of birth, gender.

• Account data - username, password (stored in encrypted form), profile picture, preferences.
• Booking and activity data - booking history, venues and time slots you reserve, participation in matches and tournaments.
• Payment data - payments are processed by our payment partners (Bank of Georgia (BOG) and Flitt for transactions in Georgia, and Stripe for international payments where applicable). We do not store full card numbers; only a payment reference, the last 4 digits of the card and the cardholder name provided by the processor are retained.
• Technical data - IP address, device identifiers, browser type, language, operating system, approximate location, pages visited and cookies.

• To create and manage your account.
• To process bookings, accept payments and issue receipts.
• To organize VS matches, tournaments, waitlists and related communications.
• To send service messages (booking confirmations, reminders, password resets).
• To send marketing communications about new venues, promotions and updates - only if you have given consent, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to comply with legal obligations.

• Performance of a contract - to provide the Service you have requested (bookings, account management).
• Consent - for marketing communications, optional cookies and other purposes where consent is required; you may withdraw it at any time.
• Legitimate interest - to improve and secure the Service, prevent abuse and analyze usage.
• Legal obligation - to comply with applicable Georgian legislation (including tax and accounting laws).

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:

• Venue partners (stadiums, arenas, academies) - limited to the data needed to fulfil your booking (name, contact details, booking time).
• Payment processors - Bank of Georgia (BOG), Flitt, and Stripe (for international payments), to process card payments and refunds.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers - to store data and run the Service.
• Analytics and communication providers - such as Google Analytics, email and SMS providers - strictly for the operation and improvement of the Service.
• Public authorities - only when required by Georgian law or a lawful request.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy: account data while your account is active and for up to 3 years after closure; booking and transaction data for up to 6 years to meet accounting requirements; and marketing data until you withdraw consent. After these periods data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

Under Georgian data protection law you have the following rights:

• Right of access - to know what personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification - to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure - to request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention rules.
• Right to data portability - to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
